We like to pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction. As a follow up to the completion of any contract we ask the client to give us any comments they may have, on our customer service by completing a questionnaire.
We ask for feedback on the following six questions with a response of either Excellent, Very good, Good, Poor or Terrible:
- How satisfied were you with our initial response to your enquiry?
- How did you feel we dealt with Health and safety/ Risk assessment documentation?
- Are you happy with the way the contract was carried out?
- How would you rate us on dealing with any problems that may have arisen?
- Do you feel the site was left cleared and in an acceptable condition on completion of handover?
- Do you consider disruption was kept to a minimum?
