Oriana Way

We delivered a large-scale industrial refurbishment project in Southampton, upgrading approximately 9,000m² of roof and wall envelope to significantly enhance performance, appearance, and long-term value for the client.

The roofing works included the installation of Kingspan KS1000 RW insulated roof panels, providing a high-performance, weather-tight solution designed for durability and energy efficiency. To maximise natural daylight, Kingspan KS1000 DLTR rooflights were seamlessly integrated into the roof layout, improving internal working conditions while reducing ongoing energy costs.

To complete the roofing system, we installed Fatra membrane-lined gutters, providing robust and long-lasting rainwater management across the facility. All guttering works were carried out by our trained and approved operatives, ensuring full compliance with manufacturer specifications and long-term performance.

As part of the refurbishment strategy, the office area was upgraded using the Euroclad Elite overcladding system. This approach allowed the office façade to be transformed without a full strip-out, delivering a modern, professional appearance alongside improved thermal performance.

Internally, Euroclad white wall lining was installed to create a bright, clean, and professional working environment. The enhanced light reflectance improved visibility and contributed to a more comfortable and productive workspace.

Wembley Trade Park

We completed a roof replacement project in Wembley, providing a modern, high-performance roofing and drainage solution. The old roof was removed and replaced with Kingspan KS1000 RW insulated roof panels, integrated KS1000 DLTR rooflights, and a durable HD Sharmans gutterline system.

The new roof delivers enhanced thermal efficiency, weather protection, natural daylight, and reliable rainwater management, ensuring long-term performance for the building.

Our team managed the Wembley roof replacement efficiently, ensuring precise installation and careful coordination of roof panels, rooflights, and guttering. All interfaces were fully sealed to maintain weather-tightness, thermal efficiency, and long-term durability.

Waterloo Ind Est, Hedge End

As Platinum Approved Installers for Tata Steel, we successfully completed a Platinum® Plus roof replacement, delivering a high-performance, durable, and fully compliant roofing solution. This project demonstrates our expertise in managing specification-led installations that meet the strictest manufacturer requirements.

All materials were sourced exclusively from Tata-approved suppliers, ensuring full traceability and compliance. Our experienced team replaced the roof strictly in line with Tata Steel’s specifications, paying close attention to fixings, joint detailing, and tolerances to guarantee the highest standard of workmanship.

To ensure complete compliance and quality throughout the process, the replacement was inspected by Tata Steel representatives during the works. This proactive approach verified that all materials were approved and that the roof was installed fully in accordance with Platinum® Plus requirements.

Uplands Business Park

 As part of our ongoing refurbishment programme across industrial units in Walthamstow, we recently completed a roof and wall upgrade on the latest unit, delivering a high-performance, durable, and structurally sound building envelope. The existing building was a concrete structure with structural banding, which was carefully integrated into the works to provide new fixing points.

The roof was upgraded with Kingspan KS1000 RW insulated panels, providing excellent thermal performance and long-term weather protection. Integrated Kingspan KS1000 DLTR rooflights maximise natural daylight, reducing reliance on artificial lighting and improving the internal working environment.

The walls were fitted with Jorisides single-skin sheets, creating a robust, low-maintenance façade while utilising the structural banding for secure and reliable fixings. All flashings, jointing, and detailing were completed to ensure a fully weather-tight, high-quality finish.

Through careful planning and phased installation, the works were delivered safely and efficiently, minimising disruption while maintaining the highest standard of workmanship.

The completed refurbishment provides the client with a modern, energy-efficient, and long-lasting building, showcasing our expertise in delivering industrial upgrades that combine performance, functionality, and structural integrity.

Travis Perkins Yate

This project involved the installation of Kingspan KS1000RW insulated roof and wall panels to an existing retail store while the premises remained fully operational throughout the works. The objective was to upgrade the building envelope to improve thermal performance, weather resistance, and visual appearance, with minimal disruption to store operations, staff, and customers.

Careful planning and phased execution were critical due to the live retail environment. Works were divided into clearly defined zones, allowing sections of the roof and façade to be upgraded sequentially while maintaining safe public access. Temporary barriers, signage, and exclusion zones were installed to segregate construction activities from customer areas and ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Health and safety were a priority throughout the project. Daily briefings, controlled access routes, and strict housekeeping procedures ensured that all works were completed without incident. No unplanned store closures or interruptions to trading occurred during the installation.

Upon completion, the store benefited from significantly improved thermal performance, enhanced weather protection, and a refreshed external appearance. The project was delivered on programme, met all performance and safety requirements, and achieved the client’s goal of upgrading the building envelope without impacting day-to-day retail operations.

Oxgate Centre

This project involved the installation of new roof and wall cladding systems to three industrial units located within an established industrial estate. The works were carried out to upgrade the buildings’ external envelopes, improving thermal performance, weather resistance, and overall appearance.

The roofing works consisted of the installation of Kingspan KS1000RW insulated roof panels and Kingspan KS1000 DLTR rooflights. These systems were selected for their proven performance in industrial environments, providing excellent insulation, durability, and long-term protection against the elements. Careful coordination was required to ensure consistent installation standards across all three units.

The wall cladding installation combined Tata Steel 45/900 profiled wall sheets with Kingspan KS1000MR insulated wall panels. This combination allowed flexibility in design while delivering robust external finishes and enhanced thermal efficiency where required. All interfaces, joints, and detailing were completed to ensure a high-quality, weather-tight finish.

Works were planned and executed on a unit-by-unit basis, enabling efficient sequencing and minimising disruption to surrounding businesses within the industrial estate. Deliveries, lifting operations, and installation activities were carefully coordinated to maintain safe access and site operations throughout the duration of the project.

Health and safety were a key focus, with appropriate segregation, controlled lifting procedures, and ongoing site supervision in place.

Upon completion, the three units benefited from improved thermal performance, increased durability, and a modernised external appearance. The project was delivered on programme and to specification, demonstrating a high standard of workmanship and effective coordination across multiple buildings.

Cheltenham

We successfully completed a roof replacement project in Cheltenham, delivering a modern, high-performance roofing and drainage solution. The existing roof was removed and replaced with Kingspan KS1000 RW insulated roof panels, integrated KS1000 DLTR rooflights, and an HD Sharmans gutterline system.

AA Heating-Hedge End

We successfully completed a roof replacement project in Hedge End, Southampton, removing old cement-bonded asbestos roof sheets and installing a modern, high-performance roofing solution. The new roof comprises Kingspan KS1000 RW insulated roof panels, integrated KS1000 DLTR rooflights, and a durable HD Sharmans Plygene gutterline system.

The project enhanced the building’s thermal efficiency, natural daylight, and rainwater management, providing a safe, long-lasting roof solution. All gutterline works were carried out by our trained and approved operatives, ensuring full compliance with manufacturer standards.

The project required careful management due to the presence of asbestos. Our team followed strict safety and regulatory procedures during removal, ensuring a safe environment for all. The roof panels, rooflights, and gutterline were then installed with precision, fully sealed to maintain thermal efficiency, weather-tightness, and long-term performance.

Barnes Wallis Road

The over-cladding of an existing 6500m² warehouse roof. The full replacement of the 450m²office roof, Plygene Gutter lining installations, Various remedial repairs and replacements to the elevation cladding.

The existing roof was a steel constructed built-up roof. The Euroclad Elite Refresh system was specified to over clad the warehouse roof consisting of VCL, Quattro spacer system, mineral wool insulation and Euroclad’s 38/914 profile external weather sheet to complete.

Tata Steel Trisomet 333 composite panel system was used to replace the office roof. All systems were installed compliant with current building regulations.

H.D Sharman’s Plygene ‘Gutterline’ liner systems were used to line all existing guttering on this site. The project took a total of 12 weeks from site set up to completion.
